Trusting Chance

I was kindly gifted a copy of this wonderful book in exchange for my honest opinion and a review.

I am a huge fan of Siren Publications and i no they only pick the best authors, I had been told by another author how amazing a writer Caitlyn O’Leary is so when the opportunity came to review for her i leapt at it immediately, Now i no why she had so many fans that adore her and her book.

This is the first book in the Fate Harbor Series.

Josie Decker and Chance Reynolds have known each other some years ago when they were both in the same foster home, before Josie’s birth mother retrieved her.

Chance and his best friend, Sam Booth live together in Fate Harbor, Sam is an Afghan war veteran. when Josie finally after so many years re-establishes ties with her foster parents, she opens a bakery in the town.

Chance soon realizes that Josie has allot of issues all from growing up with her birth mother. and it has left her with so many physical and emotional scars as well as a deep belief that she is not worthy of any kinds of love.

Fate Harbor is very accepting town especially with triad alliances, Chance believes deep down in his heart that the relationship that will heal Josie once and for all is the one that includes himself and Sam.

Sam has PTSD from his recent trauma of fighting for his country, it has left him way beyond the point of hurt. Chance has been so worried he needs to find a way to save the brother of his heart.

Now that Chance has found his Josie again it has given him new hope, and a plan that involves all three of them and a happily ever after.

But can the three of them make this the perfect future together forever?

This book is a dream to read not only has Caitlyn dreamt up the perfect town to live in with its accepting nature but she has also written about some very powerful subjects, PTSD and abuse which all of them have suffered through in some shape and form.

I found i loved all the characters equally which has never happened to me before, as in these characters i could see such depth and quality in each of them i just could not pick.

(my view on them)

Chance he is a sweetie but a master at getting what he wants once he sets his sights on his zee all grown up he knows she will be perfect for them he just has to find a way for Sam to see this.

Sam he is a bit of a mess he is suffering from traumatic events which happened in Afghanistan when he meets Josie at yoga, he senses a kindred spirit and goes after what he wants.

Josie she is finally doing things for herself and moving to Fate Harbor is huge. She has gone through so much in her life can she really believe that not one but two men want her, need her, and are falling in love with her?

Both Chance and Sam teach Josie that she is worth while and that to care is human. This speaks volumes of how stunning and outstanding a writer Caitlyn O’Leary is. I would jump at the chance to reviewing again for her.

And one things for sure i wish there were more towns like Fate Harbor.

About cariadbooksblog

Hi Everyone! My name is Heidi and I hail from the beautiful city of Cardiff. When I’m not lost in a book you can find me crafting. I love to make and create unique and awesome author swag as well as custom designs, Jewellery and just about anything else that I can teach myself. I’m also a total film junkie, too. I love romances (obviously!), comedies and Disney films. My true passion in life, though? Reading. I love the way you can pick a book up and get immersed in it. While I read romance of all types, I especially enjoy menage and paranormal and all the naughty taboo books. I’m planning to blog most days of the week. It might be a cover reveal for an upcoming release I’m excited about or teasers. You’re most likely to find a review. Authors, if you’d like me to review your book, be sure to contact me!
