This is the first book iv ever read by Cheryl Brooks and i was suitable impressed it was short and sweet and sexy as hell along with a brooding hot cowboy who could ask for more.

This book is about Lauren and she is making a long road trip to meet with her future in laws. but Lauren car breaks down and she ends up stuck in the middle of nowhere well Texas actually. so she takes herself in to hand and makes the long journey to find help.she finds that in the form of Steve, a sexy widower and if you ask the locals there opinion he is a true gentleman.

Wowza Lauren can feel the chemistry between them and its off the charts, and from the very first moment they meet.

But then Lauren does have a certain problem a Huge one and he is called Frederick and is also known as her fiancée! What is she Lauren going to do?

Will she be fulfilled with a life that doesn’t satisfy her heart and soul or will she grab hold of this sexy cowboy?

Lauren may be confused but Steve sees and knows what he wants and is very determined to keep it.

Will Lauren choose Frederick or the sexy Steve?

I really enjoyed this book it was very well written, i loved the characters and the sex scenes were smoking the only thing i wanted was more of this book or an epilogue to tie everything in.
