Tell us more about yourself? How long have you been a published author and what’s your main goal for the future of your books and for yourself?
I am a relatively new author, my first novella, A Mate’s Healing Touch was published in December 2015. I currently have five titles published. My ultimate goal would be to earn enough money to make a go of this as a full-time job.
I am thrilled to be part of a fantastic new box set – Curved Lines all about tattooed bad boys and the curvy girls they love. My contribution, Pretty in Ink, is my first contemporary romance story and I had loads of fun writing it.
Do you have any interesting writing quirks?
I have one piece of music that I write nearly everything to. It matches a comfortable typing speed for me and creates the right emotional atmosphere.
Castle sex, Elevator sex, Or Forest which one would you rather do and why? Castle – I assume there is a bed there LOL
What Drew you to romance?
I am a reader first and totally addicted to all genres of romance, I can’t imagine writing anything else. At the end of the day, you can have all the drama, suspense, adventure, horror or comedy that you want and you still get a happy ending. No other genre gives you that.
Are there any cultural crazes which you would love to see come back?
Not really. I have never been one for keeping up with a trend.
Do you like noise when your write or peace and quiet?
Music for background noise.
What were you like in school?
I was very well behaved. I always did my homework on time and would have hated to get in to trouble.
If you could be one of your characters for a day who would you be and why?
I’d love to be Ceara from Soul of Flame – she is a fire fae and a complete bad-ass Unseelie princess.
Describe too us your perfect date night outfight that would make your significant others jaw drop?
We are complete homebodies so our perfect date night is every Friday – I make our favourite supper, open a bottle of wine and veg out in front of whatever boxset we are watching.
What one phrase or three words describes the way you write?
I write stories I want to read
How do you think you have evolved creatively?
I have learnt so much through the editing process. I write a much cleaner draft now and I am not afraid to push myself to find the heart of the story.
What puts you in the mood to write?
I have to start first thing in the morning, or I will find ways to procrastinate all day. A cup of tea and a slice of toast helps too.

Can you give us a sneak peak at what you’re currently writing?
This is an extract from Soul of Stone which I am working on for the Wiccan Haus series. He jumped forward, barely catching the figure as it crumpled to the floor. Clutching the slight weight, he carried the guest to the bench against the wall and sat down, holding them across his lap. The deep hood of the cloak fell back, revealing a dark-haired woman with a deep-olive complexion. A sweep of long, feathery lashes lay against her cheeks, shielding her closed eyes. He took in the high bones, her aquiline nose and a stubborn chin, complete with dimple, and the breath flew from his lungs. The sooty lashes flickered, raising to reveal her dark-brown irises. She stared up at him, eyes flickering as though unable to focus.
“Do you know where you are?” His voice sounded strained to his ears and he cleared his throat.
“Home. I’m home,” she whispered before falling back unconscious.
If you were a dessert which would you be and why?
Lemon Meringue Pie. A little bit sharp, but ultimately sweet.
