This is the third book in the Wildflowers Of Montana series and this time its the lovely Dahlia turn to find her forever love.

As always Vanessa Vale brings her A game with every book she writes and I just keep falling in love over and over again…. can you tell I love her.

Right so this book is all about Garrison and Dahlia and these two sure do have wounded souls watch as there love unfolds so beautifully.

Garrison has always loved Dahlia for as long as he can remember, yes they had this love hate thing going between them as children but she has always been the only one for him. Know that they are older and have been courting for a while he asks her to marry him and she says no but He won’t give up or stop asking her to marry him until the very day that she says yes. When he gets word that she is travelling out of town, he knows he has to go with her and try to buy a horse along the way.

But Garrison is in for a shock a huge one and he cannot believe his eyes when he sees his Dahlia in a saloon and she is playing poker. But what comes as shock also comes as an advantage.

Dahlia knows she loves Garrison but she also is well aware that she can never marry him. See she has this secret and its a big one she has physical and mental injuries from when she was a child and her family sadly died in a tragic fire.

She has this well thought out plan she is going to win enough money secretly playing poker, then she will move away to a big city and be content there. But things never go the way you want and her well thought out plans are derailed and of course when Garrison stumbles upon her secret. Everything goes up in the air when Garrison decides that he is going to play Dahlia in a hand of poker. and they seal this deal with a bet if He he wins, she will agree to be his wife, and if he loses, he will keep her secret from everyone.

This book was a great Instalment it had me on a roller-coaster of emotions and fanning myself a great deal 🙂 Miss Vale sure does no how steam up the screen of my kindle.

As always the main characters are brilliant both so full of life and love, passion and of course painful pasts to overcome which always makes for a great read. Garrison and Dahlia are two wounded souls but with allot of love and heap full of understanding they are what each other needs to heal from the inside and out.
