I was gifted this book in exchange for my honest opinion and a review.
Nicole Morgan is a new author too me so I was excited to get right stuck in with this book and float away in too my book paradise, this book is short hot and steamy.
Priscilla Blackwood has run away from her husband and there 12 years of marriage, She has Retreated to their beautiful cabin up in the mountains, with high hopes that this much needed time away will help her heartache she is feeling from leaving the one and only man she has loved for as long as she can remember.
When Max Blackwood comes home from work to discover that his wife has upped and left him he is utterly devastated. He refuses to let her go or to give up on there love and the beautiful life that they have built up together, he sets out journey on a to find his wife before she closes the door on there marriage forever. But then a wild winter storm hits, and all of his plan to save their marriage goes off course.
Will this wild blizzard be enough to repair their broken hearts as well as there relationship? Or will Max have to say goodbye to the only woman he has ever loved?
A nice hot story one to read in the dead of winter when your all snuggled up with a glass of wine and a blanket, I liked the concept of the story I enjoyed the twists and the turns and loved the hot intimate scenes, I just wish this book was longer so we could have known more .
Priscilla well il be honest she annoyed me no end I so wanted to crawl through the book and scream at her but then I stepped back and thought how would you feel if this happened too you and I remembered how lonely and sad I was with an ex who was always working or on tour and I had new found respect for her.
Max well he is the typical over worked male he has old fashioned attitude of I must make lots of money for my wife when all she wants is him and his love, too be there for her when she is down and when she needs him the most. He fails miserably there but he has a good heart I can sense that he loves his wife with all his being.
Overall a great book I am just so greedy I always want more.
