I was provided a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion and a review.
(Black Hills Wolves, #23)
This is the first book I have ever read by Louisa Bacio, I was so excited to be able to review for her, I just love Paranormal Romance.
When Tala Graystone older brother goes of to college and leaves the Black Hills, She is staying behind, And is so determined to restore the ram-shackled home of her into a glorious B&B for the pack. And As more and more people are now returning to the area, the need for housing will increase especially temporary housing so what better than a B&B, But that all rests on whether she can find someone to help with all of the heavy lifting as well as some much needed repairs.
Yas Collins had fled Los Lobos as a young child right along with his mother. Now he is struggling with his wolf and the overpowering shifts, so when the desire for nature and the forest strikes him hard. Black Hills, South Dakota, is beckoning him.
Yas has a good work history with construction, so when he stumbles Tala’s ram-shackled B&B he knows he can pick up some easy work as well as help this beautiful lady, but not everyone in town is happy that he is there.
Now that the remodelling is slowly getting underway, Tala and Yas have something else to fight…. their growing attraction and chemistry to one another.
Yas has these issues and doesn’t trust his wolf or the urges he is feeling around the very pretty B&B owner. But this she-wolf, has other plans…….
Will Yas be able to overcome his issues and fears?
Will Tala be able to help Yas and have her HEA
This was a great book to get my teeth in to I really enjoyed the softer approach Louisa Bacio has taken with her characters and the story line.
Yas is a lovely guy with some issues, he just doesn’t no what to with his wolf his instincts are all of and he needs help, I found him a stand up guy.
Tala she I found has such a backbone she is a force of nature and then some, I love her and how she is totally in to helping Yas.
I enjoyed how Tala took on more of the lead role with helping Yas with his issues and how forward she is with her wolf which is a refreshing change from other paranormal romances.
The only thing I would have liked is the intimate scenes to be drawn out tad more and more of a build up but that is me being picky.
