I was provided a copy of this book via netgalley in exchange for my honest opinion and a review.
Karen Erickson is one of those authors you just no that every book she writes is amazing.
You no that saying what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas?
Andrea and her two best friends have shed their nurses scrubs and head of for a girls weekend in Las Vegas, nothing not even flight delays, lost luggage, or a weird guy with the sketchy invite to an exclusive party is going to stop their fun.
Within minutes of there arrival at a Lavish party, she gets deep in to a conversation with smoking hot, funny Luke Nelson, who happens to be wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks. For some crazy reason, he cannot seem to keep his eyes and hands of her.
Luke is not looking for a hookup, he wants to relax…… that is until he gets a look at the classy, sexy brunette in the skimpy dress. One minute they are in deep conversation, then the next they’re all over each other. It’s like she’s the one he has been searching for all his life.
One night of hot steamy intimacy, is it enough. But after the weekend is nearly over they need to decide whether to make a long distance relationship work or break it off.
This may be a short story but it packs allot of punch and heat ….. Karen has given us the reader’s a fantastic developed characters and a background that is needed to make this book so great to reads.
Luke is charming and sexy but can he keep Andrea for keeps? especially as his stardom is a bit much for her and her insecurities start coming through.
Andrea she is a smart savvy lady can she see past the lime light that Luke is in and see she has a great guy right in front of her
I loved the book I certainly felt the connection with the characters, as well as the character’s themselves they form such a deep connection over there weekend together that made sense that Luke would want to continue long past Vegas.
( my Favourite quote )
“I’d chase after you, wherever you are, just to keep you in my life. You know this, right?”
This book is smoking hot and romantic, It is such a feel good story which will leave you smiling and wanting more.
