Iv loved Gracie Meadows for a while now her books capture you mind body and soul, you live what her characters live ups and downs as well as the times where a bed is involved 🙂 i just love how Gracie is able to do this to us her readers.

This is book two of Heels for Hire, Inc.

Jess Cooper, or Smokey Eyes, is well known for her hard outer exterior and odd love and fascination for weaponry. She is a great detective and loves working for Heels for Hire, Inc. it has been a way of life for her, it fits well for her various acquired talents. But when she takes on a new case, she finds herself torn between her hard outer persona and the woman she really is, with a softer inside and heart than anyone knows.

Liam and Preston James are well and truly stuck on an assignment which is making them question their job choice every single day. But knowing that it could help so many people is the only reason that keeps them in place and on the job still, It quickly changes when a little gorgeous firecracker of a woman, with the eyes that could melt many, comes into their site. They soon discover that the woman has so much more to offer than they think, they both quickly decide to use her abilities to their advantage. Well until they find out there was a heck of a lot more to her than showed on the surface.

now an unknown threat is threatening to put one of them away for a murder, leaving all the others from Heels For Hire Inc to put their very lives and their job on the line to save them.

Can they all avoid this threat and jail as well as find the real killer who still out there taunting them, they will all have to pull together as a team to solve this case and keep there eyes on the real target.

Sigh i want to be in the arms of Liam and Preston damn smokey eyes is so lucky to have the love of such hunks, they are so well put together as a team as well as a trio i adore them all together especially there protective streaks that run so deep.

One of my most favourite parts of the book was when Thompson was rescued that dog pulled at my heart strings ……. big time what an amazing person Smokey eyes is she clearly has a good heart. and Thompson does not let her forget that she rescued him you can tell he is forever greatful to his new mistress.

As i said in the beginning which some up so much of how i feel for Gracie she is one of those great authors that you no every one of her books will be just as sublime as the last.

I cant wait for more from this fantastic series.
