This is the first book iv ever read by Liv Brywood, i went in to this book hoping to find a new author i love and guess what i did 🙂

This book you can read as a stand alone or as part of the series and as this is the second book i would say read the first.

Brandy is forced to take refuge in an old abandoned cabin in the middle of the woods, thinking that she has finally escaped her stalker. But she quickly realises, that she is not alone. An extremely sexy, and very very naked, sexy handsome man appears in the dead of the night to offer Brandy his protection.

She is extremely drawn in by his gorgeous stormy eyes, Then she discovers his deep dark secret. Brandy just knows she could never ever tame him,

And then he makes the ultimate sacrifice for her, she just knows she can’t ever live her life without him. And the more Stryde tries so hard to resist her, is the more she really wants him and for once she intends to get what she wants and what she deserves to have.

Stryde, is the most reclusive alpha wolf of the Dark Moon Pack, he doesn’t believe in love at all. And when fate claimed the life of his mate and he refuses to spend more than a few consecutive nights with any woman at all.

But then he meets Brandy, she turns his whole world and life inside out. Haunted by the failures from his past, he is drawn in to helping her. Even though he knows and wants to return to his reclusive and lonely life, he just cannot. She is dangerously sexy and those curves and feral seduction awaken his whole body, but he knows he cannot offer her more than a few nights of sheer pleasure. There is not a woman in the entire world that can heal his shattered and lonely soul.

This book is well written and fast paced and i just love the characters especially Stryde, he is so dark and mysterious but yet i was so drawn to his brooding sexy protective nature.

A great read and an author to definitely watch out for.
