I Gave You My Heart

Goblin boy loves gnome girl. Expectations are telling them that their attraction is wrong, but they don’t want to be right.

Aaron King is the heir apparent. When he’s not in the King’s shadow, he’s carving out his own accomplishments as Roguemaster in the Las Vegas portion of the Goblin Kingdom. Everything is perfect except the torch he carries for the leader of the gnome colony back home. He wants her by his side but nothing says conflict of interest like having an affair with a subordinate. There is no way to tell what her true feelings are as long as he is the prince of the kingdom.

Love is for the cats as far as Zana King is concerned. Last Christmas she told the man she loved her feelings and regretted it ever since he bailed for Vegas without a word. Fortunately running the colony has kept her from thinking—too much. It’s hard to stay focused when the Goblin King falls in love. Romance and fantasy matches are all everyone talk about. WIth impending nuptials on the morrow for the King, it is expected that she too will find someone. Except there is only one that she wants.

An attack on the kingdom brings these two together and in each other’s hearts. With expectations and constant change surrounding them, will they find their way to each other or end up on opposite ends of the desert?I Gave You My Heart is a companion to Basis of Comparison and is set in the Paris in Springtime world. It is the story of a not so suave prince and a straightforward gnome girl fumbling towards love.

About cariadbooksblog

Hi Everyone! My name is Heidi and I hail from the beautiful city of Cardiff. When I’m not lost in a book you can find me crafting. I love to make and create unique and awesome author swag as well as custom designs, Jewellery and just about anything else that I can teach myself. I’m also a total film junkie, too. I love romances (obviously!), comedies and Disney films. My true passion in life, though? Reading. I love the way you can pick a book up and get immersed in it. While I read romance of all types, I especially enjoy menage and paranormal and all the naughty taboo books. I’m planning to blog most days of the week. It might be a cover reveal for an upcoming release I’m excited about or teasers. You’re most likely to find a review. Authors, if you’d like me to review your book, be sure to contact me!
