American Star Mendoza is living in her dream location, Edinburgh, a place she discovered in British novels while growing up. Employed at a trendy city centre coffee shop, the pink-haired, tattooed young woman spends her days fantasising about the handsome, suited businessman she serves daily. He’s totally out of her league but a girl can dream, right?

Fin Hunter is tired of striving for his father’s elusive love and approval, and fed up of following a life path of his old man’s making. When things go too far he decides enough is enough. Realising it’s time to stand on his own two feet, Fin chooses to follow his true passion – music.

When the handsome stranger stops calling in to Star’s coffee shop she’s bereft. But when he shows up again in the most unlikely of places she wonders if her fantasy could now become a reality?
