She smiled at the memories of how they’d met, from their encounter in the transport room aboard the Zurrina to the moment he’d informed her that she was to belong to him.
The door opened and Cavvik strode inside, his strong presence immediately filling the room. Her pulse beat faster and she gasped at the intense, dark look on his face. The ridges on his forehead always seemed more pronounced when he was angry or aroused. Thankfully, right now it was the latter. He crossed the room in four huge strides and gathered her into his arms, cupping her face and staring into her eyes with a passion that stole her breath.
“Lia.” He said her name in a deep growl. “My human, my Lia. I am going to fuck you so hard you’ll forget what planet you’re on.”
The moonlight streamed across his face as he leaned down to kiss her. She closed her eyes and parted her lips, and in the next moment he claimed her hard, tangling his tongue with hers as he clutched her face and growled into her mouth.
