I was given a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion and a review.
Jenna is the first book in the Club De Fleurs series,
Iv read my fare share of BDSM books and all authors but there mark on the subject in a different way but the way Rose Nickol does it will pull you in to the story and not scare you of like others may do.
In this book we meet Jenna and Kyle.
Jenna is a normal lady but has had bad taste with men in her past, but she does have one secret that only her friend knows, she loves BDSM books and has a secret craving to try out this lifestyle, so when her friend sets her up with Kyle she believes all her dreams have come true.
Kyle has fallen head over heels in love with Jenna they have been dating for a while and know is the time to introduce her to his world of BDSM, he begins slowly by showing her through the club and the scenes to judge which she likes and does not.
He teaches Jenna exactly what a sub should no and do for her master, he begins with teaching her the correct pose and punishment options.
I have to point out how much i loved the slow introduction to the life and world of BDSM for some of us vanilla readers we wouldn’t no what’s what but Rose slowly brings us in to the world which is definitely a plus.
I also thought it was very refreshing to have the man declare his love first, Kyle loves her right from the start which shines right through and that he has more plans for them than just Master and Sub, he wants to spend his life with Jenna.
Jenna is very refreshing as well as brave, starting out in to a new lifestyle is not always easy, as well as this i loved feeling the emotions she does. Jenna knows she has found a good man and doesn’t want to give up to easily so she places herself in to kyles trust as well as his everlasting love.
But just as things were all going right Jenna gets hurt in the club and then kidnapped, now Kyle is wondering can he truly keep Jenna safe or should he let her go for good even if it does make his heart break as well as his life miserable.
Will Kyle’s self doubts keep them apart?
Jenna knows she cannot live life without Kyle, but she has to convince him of this? with a little help from friends will they see sense and get back together and have there happily ever after they so deserve?
I found this book a treat and a joy to read the storyline was easy to follow and thoroughly enjoyable as well as raising my temperature a few nots i just couldn’t put it down.
I was so surprised and overjoyed to see an epilogue to this book, it really made the book complete to me and to top it of that they had a family as well. its good to see you can have bit of everything in your life.
I cannot wait to read more from this series and to see who else takes the plunge in to love.
