I received a copy of this book from the lovely author Mandy Lou Dowson. In exchange for my honest opinion,
This is the second installment in the Moon Bound series,
Leesh is a woman on the run. She has taken all she can take from her veryabusive mate, enough is enough so gathering up her five year old boy Jase, Leesh has no other option but to flee for her and her sons life.leaving behind her territory, her pack and her family, but around every corner danger may appear, with old injuries leaving her vulnerable to attack from any and every quarter, Leesh must rely on the Master of the Hunt, from no other than the Tall Grass pack to keep her safe Wallace.
Wallace is o so ruggedly handsome despite his scars, but Leesh is not interested in another man or so she thinks so she pushes him away, even though she wishes she could let him hold her.
Now with an angry abusive mate on her tail, Wallace must do all he can to save this beautiful woman he’s falling so hard for, is it Love …., Wallace will protect Leesh son who he so he wants to call his own.
Tis the Season for Miracles after all,Is a Christmas miracle on the agenda?
Mandy has stolen my heart once again with this fab story i fell in love with Leesh the way Mandy describes her characters and there life is second to none same with Mandy. Its the main reason why you will always get pulled in to her stories,
Mandy knows how to bring out your emotions I laughed, cried got angry And even got a bit hot and all this from one story. once i started i did not put the book down at all you can even ask my Mother wink emoticon
My favorite character in this charming book was little Jase he stole my heart what a sweet young lovely boy.
This was one of my fave lines from the book. …being different, being changed, doesn’t mean your any less perfect. It doesn’t mean you’re damaged goods. It simply means you’ve been honed into another form of perfection……Your perfect…”
I swear i swooned when i read the above paragraph Wallace is such a man a real Gentleman. Can i have him please Mandy heart emoticon ….. a Girl can hope.
There is nothing about this book i disliked at all it has everything you want and need from a Christmas novella, watch out for the ending you may tear up like i did it left me smiling and chuckling at the same time.
This book is most suited to anyone over the age of 18. It contains adult situations and scenes of erotica and mild horror.
